Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): Office Management, AutoCount system, Microsoft Office
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh entry might be considered.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Good communication skills, able to work independently
  • A team player, well organised and meticulous
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel
  • Chinese speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Perform general administrative duties in Project/ Marketing / Documentation Department
  • Ensure data and records are kept up to date
  • Overseeing cost control and budget
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, and maintain the general filling system in compliance to ISO requirement
  • Screen and forward incoming calls to the relevant party
  • Deal with vendors from China and Malaysia
